  • FIELD OPERATIONS LEAD FOR SONGINOKHAIRKHAN DISTRICT PROGRAM

    Purpose of the Position: Provide leadership and supervision for the field level planning and implementation in order to support District Program manager within district-level clustering Area Programs which comparatively larger than other ordinary Area Programs. It will collaboratively work with district two Area Program teams and the Technical Program Coordinators in accordance with relevant strategies, policies, and standards to achieve the overall program goal while focusing on children and addressing the root cause of poverty by giving a holistic view of the Area Program.

    Essential Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, International Development Studies, Community Development or any relevant professional qualification;
    • At least 5 years’ experience in Community Development, Program/Project Coordination in a complex, international organization preferably in INGO context;
    •  Knowledge and experience in capacity building for local stakeholders/partners;
    • Experience in program implementation, community mobilization, and participatory approach would be an advantage;
    • Basic knowledge and understanding of key aspects of development work;
    • Demonstrated leadership skills, including leading, building and supporting a team with diverse roles and capacities;
    • Skills in facilitation of development processes, including organization and mobilization of communities and networking among different development partners;
    • Demonstrated capacity in program management, with conceptual understanding and required competency in DME functions;
