    Purpose of the position: 

    This multi-disciplinary accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, control compliance and crucially providing value-added analysis and counsel as a true business partner. Will be responsible for driving thinking which results in strong planning, budgeting, variance analysis, proactive cash flow management, and sound decision making. Work in close collaboration with Corporate Finance team and all managers in the National office on all aspects of commercial financial management and enhancement with drive and ambition to develop as a key business advisor and to learn and continue the implementation of lean finance concepts through continuous improvement.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Partner with managers and leaders across the organization to ensure alignment of country strategy with team objectives and financial reality
    • Practice servant leadership and be a role model for peers
    • Anticipate plans and translate current and future needs into a specific action plan for the Business partnering team
    • Advise National office managers to facilitate the strategic annual planning process in a way that takes financial and commercial reality into consideration whilst achieving organizational objectives
    • Operational/technical support

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor degree in Accountancy, Business administration or related field;
    • Certified Public Accountant /ACA, ACCA. ICMA/ or equivalent
    • At least 3years of experience in other finance/business/audit roles.
    • Excellent and effective communication skills – written and verbal;
    • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Mongolia
    • Strong organizational and self-management skills
    • Commitment to Ethos, Core Value and Mission statement of WVM;
