    Purpose of the position: To manage and ensure smooth implementation of different types of grants projects in alignment with donor organizations guidelines and standards by collaborating with internal and external key stakeholders. The outstanding Grants Manager should re-enforce relationships with donors, ensure that grant programs operate efficiently, streamline grant administration, and keep the organization fiscally sound.

    Essential Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:

    • Demonstrated track record in proposal development, fund acquisitions and grant management for major government donor preferred;
    • Ability to engage at a strategic level with government, UN, EU, ADB, World Bank, and INGO officials;
    • Ability to lead a multi-cultural team with an empowering and outcome-oriented approach;
    • A clear understanding of the functioning of major UN, EU, ADB, World Bank agencies, international donors and governmental agencies in their respective programs, approaches, and standards;
    • 3-5 years of managerial experience in Program/Project Development with thorough understanding and experience of different Grant programs and donor agencies such as UN, EU, ADB, WB rules and regulations;
    • Strong strategic thinker;
    • Excellent analytical skills: able to quickly grasp and effectively communicate complex concepts;
    • Experience working with remote teams preferred;
