    The Project officer fully handles the project implementation of the project that intends to transform and rehabilitate vulnerable children through art, specifically singing and their best interest of participation. And the position is to enable mutual transformation in the lives of vulnerable children and their families, to serve as a catalyst, and builder of the capacity of local partners and facilitate the emergence and strengthening of community-led initiatives to take ownership in the improvement and sustenance of the well-being of children and their families.

    “Art for Change”, Blue sky-2  project  is designed to most vulnerable children focused as beneficiary interact with others in the context of their homes, schools, peers and community environments to build internal and external assets  through Blue Sky choir member. 


    • Coordinate the implementation, and monitoring of the project at the project target areas with key stakeholders
    • Coordinate  and ensure overall implementation of the project in target communities including key stakeholders and direct beneficiaries
    • Ensure and deliver the project quality through effective planning and implementation to selected most vulnerable children (MVC)
    • Focus on strengthening School & Community and household (HH) level child friendly environment and rehabilitation of MVC  through their participation of art course/ singing choir
    • Support  local level partners to identify their needs and recognizing local assets and resources which could contribute to project implementation
    • Coordinate implementation of the project within the allocated primary focus area within  the  stipulated  time  and  ensure  proper  budget  utilization and its spending in accordance with WV policies, standards and procedures
    • Focus on strengthening School & Community and HH level child friendly environment and rehabilitation of MVC  through their participation of art course/ singing choir
    • Facilitate consultative planning, reflection, and feedback with project stakeholders.
    • Facilitate the project approaches cooperating with key stakeholders and project beneficiaries
    • Lead effective monitoring at project target areas and collates & supply monitoring data to Manager and World Vision technical programs
    • High contribution to project reporting is developed to a high-quality standard and is engaging for donor audiences
    • Ensures monitoring information is used to improve project performance and made available for technical program reports
    • Facilitate the setting up of monitoring processes and indicators with partners and community
    • Lead regular reflections are conducted with the stakeholders and within project team and ensure learning is addressed during next planning and implementation
    • Document and submit progress, learning, challenges, story of significant changes through community reflection and rich media products, into monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual reports to relevant management and donors.
    • Builds and maintains effective working relationships with key stakeholders including local government officials, and department/units to enhance program team effectiveness.
    • Engages in advocacy and Communication staff
    • Ensures program priorities and approaches are aligned with community, partners &  World Vision standards
    • Coordinate donors & partners visit in the project fields
    • Ongoing implementation of donor communication through program activities as per the activity designs strengthened donor engagement
    • Facilitate community and donors’ understanding of how to be active promoters of the project and its possible development impacts.

    · Contribute to the common goal and aspirations of the WVI Mongolia, be active member of the team

    • Attends devotions and weekly chapel services and support spiritual development of his/her team.
    • Ensures staff and partners understand WV safeguarding & anti-corruption policies
    • Perform any other tasks assigned by Project Lead & Grant managers
    • Ensures project supports awareness raising for prevention and reporting of child protection incidents occurs across the project area



    • A Bachelor degree, Public relations, Social Sciences or related field of study
    • Excellent command of English both written and spoken


    • Relevant experience of project implementation is preferably
    • Experience to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline

    Knowledge and Skills

    • Excellent at facilitation and organizing skills
    • Ability to communicate effectively, including reporting skills
    • Excellent analytical skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful
    • Initiative, ability to manage own time
    • Experience to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
    • Strong technical skills
    • IELTS and Project management certificate is preferable

    Work Environment

    • Requires to work at project field up to 40% of the time
