    Purpose of the position: Provide a central point of field-based and focused coordination between National Office; Area Program, Support Office and Region for various sponsorship 2.0 related projects inclusive of:

    • Child Greeting Videos 
    • Child Photo Albums 
    • Community Photo Albums in liaison with Sponsorship Officers, Region and Area Programs communications as appropriate
    • May include Community Introduction Video / Child Special Moment Video preparation and coordination dependent on prototype readiness

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Advice and support the Sponsorship manager, Regional leads, Area Program (AP) managers on proper data management in the communities;
    • Advice support offices on effective ways to manage the data of Registered Children (RC) and sponsors in the community;
    • Identify, report and provide appropriate support to the AP coordinators to manage risks and achieve specific project milestones on budget and time;
    • Plan and lead the Sponsorship 2.0 system implementations; Coordinate the Horizon system;
    • Develop in consultation/coordination with Sponsorship manager and region to implement a national strategy that is aligned with sponsorship 2.0 engagement and production volumes;
    • Plan and conduct both remote and in-field training and support for AP facing performance and/or delivery challenges;

    Essential Qualifications, Skills & Competencies:

    • Bachelor degree with 2 years of work experience in a development organization;
    • Fluent in English and Mongolian skills both spoken and written;
    • Willing to work under pressure to meet deadlines;
    • Competent in using Microsoft programs;
    • Ability to keep confidentiality;
    • Ability to set standards and monitor the activities;
    • Willing to travel to AP project sites as necessary;
    • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills and demonstrate the ability to work in a team;
    • Commitment to Ethos, Core Value and Mission statement of WVM;
