    Purpose of the position: 

    This position will work in consultation with managers throughout WVIM (World Vision International Mongolia) and national staff to determine the learning needs of staff and to build capacity within the Organization in line with the organization’s strategy; plan and deliver training using effective learning training methods. In addition, build a talent pool of high performers and develop them further for the purpose of succession planning and retention of high talent within the organization.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Undertake quarterly and yearly surveys to determine the learning needs of all staff within World Vision International Mongolia and produce a Learning & Development and Talent Management plan
    • To assist the People & Culture Manager (HR manager) in developing their career path for the purpose of retention of these high performers
    • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of World Vision Mongolia training intervention
    • Lead and coordinate the recruitment processes for the relevant areas of support
    • Facilitate new staff’s orientation process and participate in the People & Culture (Human resource) section as appropriate
    • To initiate, develop and maintain a database for e-learning purposes

    Skills & Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human resource management, Social science or Business administration;
    • Formal training in conducting activities and 2-3 years’ experience of developing and delivering training, coaching and adult learning methodologies;
    • Fluency in both written and spoken English and Mongolian as well as the ability to translate Mongolian to English vice versa;
    • Experience in HR systems /Green ERP etc.,/
    • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships in a multi-cultural, diverse environment;
    • Willingness to travel extensively throughout Mongolia
